These Prices are effective as of October 1, 2007 (Subject to change without notice)
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide for our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our services. If legal or other requirements mean that you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. This list does not include prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy for you, such as cemetery or crematory services, flowers and newspaper notices. The prices for those items will be shown on your bill or the statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS:
Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff
Our charge includes funeral counseling, necessary arrangements, recording vital statistics, securing permits, filing and obtaining death certificates and other forms and claims, preparation of necessary notices, and coordination of service plans with parties involved in the final disposition of the deceased. This fee for our services will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding and receiving remains. 		$ 2,295 ***
Embalming
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement which does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. 		$ 550 ***

Forwarding Remains To Another Funeral Home:
Our charge includes transfer of remains to the funeral home, embalming, services of funeral director and staff and motor equipment to point of transportation. This charge does not include viewing, ceremony, merchandise or shipping charges. 		$1,495
 
Receiving Remains From Another Funeral Home
Our charge includes services of funeral director and staff, care of remains, transportation to funeral home and casket coach to cemetery or crematory. This charge does not include viewing, ceremony, graveside service or merchandise. 		$1,895
 
Direct Cremation (range of prices)
Our charge for a direct cremation includes services of funeral director and staff, necessary authorizations, transfer of remains to the funeral home, care of remains, transportation to crematory. This charge does not include crematory charges and local permit fees (if required), use of facilities and staff for visitation or ceremony, pubic or private, prior to, or after cremation. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can select an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials. The containers we provide are made of cardboard and fiberboard.

Immediate Burial/ No Service (range of prices)
Our charge for an immediate burial includes necessary services of funeral director and staff, transfer of remains to the funeral home, necessary authorizations, care of remains, local transportation to cemetery by casket coach. This charge does not include cemetery fees, embalming, use of facilities and staff for visitation or ceremony, graveside ceremony, public or private, prior to burial.
