Agnes L. Staszcuk

Agnes was born February 3, 1929 to the late Frank and Mary Madejski. She passed away September 3, 2015 in Woodstock.

Agnes was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and friend. She worked for the Senior Service Center in Crystal Lake for several years.

Agnes is survived by her children; Kathleen (Thomas) Smith, Alan (Linda) Staszcuk, Mary Kay (late Robert Pawlicki) (Brad) Foote, Judy Winkleman, and Carol (Dave) Graef; grandchildren, Brian, David, Kevin, Brad, Andrew, Jeffrey, Joseph, Randy, Kyle, Maureen, Taylor, Alec, and Shane; 12 great-grandchildren, and sister in-law Theresa Slipek. She was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, Henry, and son Michael Gene.

Memorial visitation will be held from 4pm until 8pm, with a Celebration of her Life at 7pm Monday, September 7, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Route 176), Crystal Lake. Memorial mass will be held at 10am, Tuesday, September 8 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 140 N. Oakwood Ave, West Chicago. Inurnment will be private.
