Alan Wise
July 12, 1968 — May 11, 2014
Born July 12, 1968 in Elgin to Dr. Robert and Trudy Wise, Alan passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, May 11, 2014 in Barrington at the age of 45.
Alan worked for School District U-46 as a food service truck driver. He married Kimberly Christiansen October 23, 1992 in Woodstock. He loved NASCAR and the Chicago Blackhawks. Alan will be dearly missed as a loving and cherished son, husband, and father. He will also be fondly remembered by his coworkers and the lunchroom ladies.
Alan is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly; their children, Joshua, Ashleigh, and Cody; son, Trevor; brother, Richard (Julie); sister, Kathleen (Troy) Agney; parents, Trudy and Dr. Robert Wise; in-laws, Michele and Donald Christiansen; and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; niece, Courtney Agney; and mother-in-law, Ruth Christiansen.
A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 1 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake, IL 60014.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Alan’s Family would be appreciated.
