Biography Alexandra Stubbs died on October 6, 2015 at Lake Barrington Woods, Barrington, IL. Alexandra, better known as Alice, was three weeks shy of her 85th birthday. She is survived by son, Walt Prusak and his wife Sharon of Barrington, IL. Alice had two grandchildren, Christine Antes of Overland Park, Kansas and Richard Prusak of Tucson, Arizona. She also is survived by two great-grandchildren, Abigail and Ellie Antes. Alice survived her youngest child, Daniel. Family includes beloved nieces, Joann Petrosky, Carol Bink, and nephews, Richard Prokopowicz and Joseph Prokopowicz.
Alice, born in 1930 was a graduate of Hillside High School, Hillside, NJ. In 1951, she married Walter Prusak, a WWII Air Force Veteran, with whom she had her only two children, Walt and Daniel Prusak. Later in life she moved from New Jersey to Northeast Pennsylvania. Her most cherished days were lived in Broheadsville, Pennsylvania where she worked for many years with ESSA Bank and Trust. After the death of her youngest son, Alice moved to Lake Barrington, IL where she remained to the end of her life.
