Alice "Cis" Buckley Carrol

Alice “Cis” Buckley Carrol, 81, of Barrington Hills, was born on November 6, 1935 in Elgin to the late Charles and the late Leona Buckley and passed away peacefully on October 5, 2017 in Barrington. Cis loved to entertain and spend time with her family and friends. She also loved to travel and had wonderful memories of her time spent living in England. Cis was the wife of the late Louis Carrol for 28 years; mother of Linda Christensen Ray (Harry Moore), and her late son-in-law, John Ray; grandmother of Heather (Chris) Hammer, Andrew (Chrissy) Ray; great-grandmother of Abby, Ellie and Maggie; sister of David (B. Rae) Buckley, Sr., Chuck (Char) Buckley; step-mother of Lisa (Deb), Clark (Brad) and Rob (Sara) Carrol; step-grandmother of Coulton, Dylan and Payton Carrol. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 14 at 3pm at St. Michael Episcopal Church, 647 Dundee Avenue, Barrington, IL 60010.
