Andrea Azzolin

Andrea was born November 21, 1951 in Chicago to Aldo and June (nee Tegtman) Azzolin. She passed away peacefully October 16, 2015 at her home at Mount Saint Joseph in Lake Zurich, IL.

Andrea resided at St. Mary of Providence until the age of 23, when she relocated to Mount Saint Joseph, where she lived until the time of her passing. Andrea enjoyed outings and time spent with her family, especially boating, swimming, fishing, beading, cooking and music.

Andrea is survived by her parents; her siblings, Michelle (John) Keacher, Anthony Azzolin, and Colette (Edward) Wiemer and the late Pamela, many nieces, nephews, and grandnephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 26 from 10am until the time of the funeral mass at 11am at Mt. Saint Joseph Chapel, 24955 N. Hwy. 12, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Entombment in All Saints Catholic Cemetery will follow the mass.

Batman, Halloween, or your favorite sports team attire is requested.
