Andrew Goerger

Andrew Paul Goerger, of Barrington, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2015 at his home at the age of 65.

He was born March 3, 1950 in Elgin to Andrew Albert and Lucille Susan (nee Leider) Goerger.

Andrew was a dedicated postal worker, having worked for the United States Postal Service for over 35 years. He was able to retire at the age of 55.

Andrew will be dearly missed by his siblings, Charles (Aroon), Joseph, Kathleen (John) Aniol, and William (Lynn) Goerger; nephews, Thomas and John; and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.

The visitation will be held Thursday, October 1, from 10 a.m. until the time of the Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 Ela St., Barrington, IL 60010. Burial will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
