Anita Witte

Anita M. Witte was born June 19, 1938 in Vienna, Austria and passed away peacefully October 2, 2013 in Buffalo Grove, surrounded by her loving family.

Anita cherished the time she spent with her family. She enjoyed skiing, golfing, and traveling with her husband.

Anita is survived by her husband of 41 years, Egon Witte; daughter Susie (Mike) Albion; and grandchildren James and Allison Albion. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial visitation will be held 9am-11am Tuesday, October 8 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Route 176), Crystal Lake, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30am at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation 215 W. Illinois, Suite 1C, Chicago, IL 60654.
