Ann D. Pondelicek

Ann D. Pondelicek, 93, of McHenry, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on April 11, 2022. She was born on February 6, 1929 in Chicago to Chester and Anna Chrzanowski.

Ann is survived by her daughter, Lynn (John) Reed-Henney; grandchildren, Christopher Joseph (Micky), Stephen Alan and Michael James Reed, Jennifer Lynn (Hector) Hernandez, Amanda Lynn (Michael) Hajek and Joseph John (Emily) Pondelicek; great- grandchildren, Samantha Lynn Reed, Richard James and Benjamin Michael Hajek, LileJo Hope Hernandez.

In addition to her husband, Ann was preceded in death by her son, Joseph George Pondelicek III; her parents; and by her siblings, Edward, Ruth and Robert.

A brief prayer service will be held on Thursday, April 14 at 9:30 AM at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake, IL 60014. A chapel committal service and entombment will follow at 11 AM at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 1400 S. Wolf Rd., Hillside. Please meet at the cemetery office when you arrive.
