Biography

Born May 14, 1916 in Chicago to Martin and Hedwig Jurczak, Anna passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012 peacefully at her home.

Anna worked for 28 years for Sears as a mail order-entry clerk. She provided a loving home and enjoyed crocheting, cooking, baking, and sewing.

Anna is survived by her daughters, Priscilla (the late Edward Joseph Jr.) Caputo, and Janice Polansky; grandchildren, Robb (Mary Jean) Caputo, Michaleen (Douglas) Hundman, and Tony (Jackquelyn) Caputo; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Clay, Nicole, and Courtney Caputo, Camri, Chase, and Cory Hundman, and Jacob and Alexander Caputo.

She was preceded in death by her husband Otto, four brothers, two sisters, and her parents.

Visitation will be held at 9:30am until 10:30am Tues, May 1 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Route 176), Crystal Lake, IL 60014. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am, Tuesday May 1 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake, IL. Burial will be in Crystal Lake Memorial Park following mass.
