Anne Gailloreto

The Mass of Christian Burial for Anne Rose Gailloreto (nee Genatempo),77, will be held  at 10am Saturday, October 27 at St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 Ela St. (at the corner of Franklin St.), Barrington, where there will be visitation from 9am until the time of the mass. Father Tom Bishop will officiate. Entombment will be in the St. Michael the Archangel Mausoleum, Palatine.

There will also be a visitation at from 4-9pm Friday, Oct 26, at the Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington.

Born August 30,1935, in Chicago, to the late Daniel and Florence (nee Damore), she died Wednesday, October 17,2012, surrounded by her family, at her home.

Anne's motto was, “One day at a time,” and her greatest joy was her nine grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

Survivors include her husband, Rocco J. Gailloreto; children, Susan (Paul) Hasselquist of Elk Grove Village, their daughters Emily and Jennifer (Patrick) Hasselquist Blair, and granddaughter (and Anne's great granddaughter), Nora Blair; Paula (David) Soderman of Twin Lakes, WI and their daughters, Kristine and Lauren Soderman; James (Jill) Gailloreto of Chicago and their son,Coleman Gailloreto; Rocco R. (Sally) Gailloreto of Marengo and their children, Dominick, Rachel, Anthony, and Emma Gailloreto; and brothers, Philip and Anthony Genatempo of California.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Daniel Genatempo.
