Born August 3, 1958 in Livonia, MI, Anne passed away Wednesday Nov. 23 at Pepper Family Hospice in Barrington after a year-long battle with pancreatic cancer. Anne is survived by her husband of 21 years, John Schilling, son Jonathan, mother Viona, brother Paul (Pam) Hakala, sister, Carole (Scott) Heim-Hakala, father in law Marlin (Pam) Schilling, mother in law Ruth (Jim) Nicoletti, sister in law, Jennifer (Chris) Hidalgo, brothers in law, Mark (Michelle), and Dan Schilling, and many nieces and nephews.
Anne was preceded in death by her father.
Anne was an occupational therapist assistant and she worked at Health Bridge Fitness and Rehabilitation Center. Anne was an avid artist; she enjoyed drawing, painting, and reading. Mostly she cherished the time she spent with her son, Jonathan.
Visitation will be Sunday Nov. 27 from 12p.m. until the service at 4p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Rt 176), Crystal Lake. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers donations to the family for the continuing care of Jonathan would be appreciated.
