Antoinette Wilkins

Antoinette “Nana” Wilkins, 101 of Barrington

Born May 20, 1912 in Chicago to Anthony and Anna (nee Asciutto) Sternola, passed away peacefully at her home July 18, 2013 with her loving family at her side.

Antoinette volunteered at the Pear Tree gift shop at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington.

Antoinette is survived by her children; Lucille (late Ronald) Kasch, Mary Baily, and Raymond Wilkins, grandchildren Mark (Mary) Kasch, Theresa (Mark) Herlihy, Nina (Robert) Greiber, Jack (Julie) Baily, Linda (Mike) Dunk, and Paula (Daryl) Voska, twenty great-grandchildren, and sister Ann Hurley. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Raymond in 1997, her parents, and eight siblings.

Visitation will be 3:30pm – 7:30pm Tuesday, July 23 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St (Lake-Cook), Barrington.

Mass of Christian burial at 11am Wednesday, July 24 at St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 N. Ela Street, Barrington, where there will be visitation from 10am until the time of the mass. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.
