Arthur Orr

Art was born June 5, 1931 in Chicago. He passed away November 18, 2016 in Barrington.

Art is survived by his wife of 35 years, Elizabeth “Betsi” Orr; step-daughter, Polly (Mark) Peterson; and cherished grandchildren, Dylan and Hannah.

Art’s friendships were many and they extended to the children and families of those he was closest to.
He will be missed and remembered by many, especially his loving wife Betsi. With Art there were no friends like his old friends Mose, Diz, Jim, Rich, Hick, Earl, Charlie and many others who died before him. His life was good and his relationship with the Lord was exceptional!

Memorial visitation will be 9:30am until the memorial service at 11am, Saturday, December 10 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 720 Dundee Ave, Barrington.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church.
