Artur Szumilas

Artur was born May 26, 1979 in Poland to Henry and Celina Szumilas.  He passed away October 9, 2017 in Barrington.

Artur is survived by his wife of 12 years, Karolina Dolecka; children, Sophia, Anthony, Maria, and Hannah; brothers Krzysztof (Margaret) Szumilas, and Jarek (Joanna) Szumilas; his parents; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Visitation will be 9am until the funeral mass at 11:30am, Tuesday, October 17 at St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 N. Ela Street, Barrington.  Inurnment will be 10:30am Wednesday, October 18th at Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.

Memorial donations may be made to the family for the future care of Artur’s children.
