Audrey Ellen Wray

Audrey Ellen Wray (nee Ipczy), 87, of Barrington, was born on January 5, 1930 to the late Andrew and Helen (nee Wojcik) Ipczy, and passed away peacefully on June 19, 2017. Audrey was the loving wife of Donald for nearly 67 years; proud mother of Donna (Chuck) Currie, Greg (Margi) Wray, George (Terri) Wray, Thomas Wray and Aimee (David) Thomas; loving grandmother of Abbie, Gordy, Matt, Elly, Stephanie, Ben, Donnie, Lisa, Erin and Austin; great-grandmother of Gabrielle, Ben, Helena and Caleb; sister of Allan Ipczy. Audrey was a member of St. Anne Bible Study and Eucharist Ministry. She enjoyed crocheting, golfing and gardening. Visitation for Audrey will be held on Thursday, June 22, from 9:00am until the time of her Mass at 11:00am at St. Anne Catholic Community Church, 120 Ela St., Barrington, IL 60010. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to JourneyCare Hospice, 2050 Claire Ct., Glenview, IL 60025.
