Aurora Huerta, 88, of Algonquin, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at her home in Algonquin. She was born on April 21, 1929 in San Antonio, TX to Gilbert and Ursula (nee Garcia) Ruiz.
She is survived by her children, Linda (Kim) Neamand and Fernando (Patricia) Huerta; her grandchildren, Jill, Kyle, Christopher, Brendan, and Abbey; her great grandchildren, Drew, Paige, and Troy; and her sister, Janie Huerta.
Aurora is preceded in death by her husband, Fernando Huerta; her son, Robert Huerta; and two siblings.
The family will receive guests from 9am until time of memorial service at 11am, Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Interment private.
