Barbara Bottalla-Topa, 79, of Chicago passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at Wauconda Healthcare in Wauconda.
On December 1,1932, she was born to Violet (nee Looker) and Thomas Keeling in Chicago. She was married to Joseph Bottalla for 25 years and to Bill Topa for 18 years.
Barbara was a talented artist and singer. She was employed by Sun Travel in Park Ridge.
Her survivors include her son, Roger Bottalla; her daughters Cathy Macy, Cindy Stokes, and Linda Unger and their spouses; her grandchildren, Joey Bottalla, Megan Bottalla, Kevin Bottalla, Patrick Macy, Lindsey Macy, Jeremy Unger, Brett Unger and Alexander Stokes; her sister Winona; her Uncle Tom; and her extended family.
Preceding her in death were her mother Violet Bernardi, her step-father James Bernardi, her father Thomas Keeling, and her brother Thomas Keeling.
