Barbara Javens,70, of Algonquin, passed away on April 10,2012, in Barrington.
She was born on November 1,1941, to Steven and Mildred Peters, in Chicago.
Barbara was a beloved mother, loving grandmother and great grandmother. She was also a founding member of The Investment Partners. She will be missed by all.
Barbara is survived by her children, David Javens, Christopher (Karen) Javens, and Victoria (Kevin) Molbeck; grandchildren, Trevor Javens, Kristen Javens, Camryn Molbeck, Michelle (Jarrod) Kuhlemeier, Lisa (Ryan) Fergus, Brian (Michelle) McSweeney, and Daniel McSweeney; great- grandchildren, Adelynn, Graham, Lucille Kuhlemeier, Ryder Fergus and Penny Fergus, Nolan McSweeney, and Aiden McSweeney.
She was preceded in death by her sister Lynn Splitt, and her parents.
Visitation will be held from 4-9p.m., April 13,2012, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main Street (Lake-Cook Rd.), Barrington, IL 60010, with a funeral service held at 7p.m., at the funeral home.
