Barbara Schneider
March 26, 1935 — November 7, 2016
Barbara Joan Schneider, formerly of Barrington, passed away after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s on November 7, 2016 at the age of 81.
She was born March 26, 1935 in Chicago to Clement and Elizabeth (nee Wall) Crowley.
Barbara is survived by her daughters, Cindy (Bryan) Davidson, and Stephanie (Marlon) Schneider-Thompson; grandchildren, Lauren (Joe) Carani, Kevin Davidson, John Schneider, and Taylor Thompson; her great-grandson, Everett Dean Carani; and her many cherished nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband and dance partner, Richard Michael Schneider; and her sisters, Mary Elizabeth and Eileen.
Friends may visit with Barbara’s family on Friday, November 11, from 4-8 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W Main St, (Lake-Cook Rd) Barrington, where a Memorial Service will begin at 7:00 p.m.
