Barbara Jean Whitfield, 88, of Deerfield formerly of Chicago, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2017. She was born October 14, 1928 in Chicago to the late Louis and Pearl (nee Dunn) Linton.
Loving wife of the late James R. Whitfield; beloved mother of Deborah Whitfield, Nancy (Louis) Murguia and Cindy Dolan; proud grandmother of Emily and Timothy Murguia, Maggie and Jimmy Dolan; dear sister of the late James Linton; sister-in-law of Pat Linton.
Services will be privately held.
