Betty Myk

Betty M. Myk (nee Foreman), 91, lifelong resident of Barrington, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2016. She was born January 27, 1925 in Waukegan to James and Anna (nee Shoemaker) Foreman.
Betty was a graduate of Barrington High School as well as a life-long member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Barrington. Betty had made many friends while working in Barrington at places such as, Corner Cupboard, Dairy Queen, Einstein’s Bagels. Her generosity and good nature will be missed by all.
Betty will be deeply missed by her brothers, Harold Foreman of Pell Lake, WI, James Foreman of Woodstock, IL; nieces and nephews, Dale (Lynn) Ankele, Jim Foreman, Harold Foreman, Debbie DeCrane, Jane Kiermas and Don (Paula) Ankele.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by her sisters, Francis, Louise, Shirley and Lillian.
Visitation will be Friday, December 23, 2016, from 10 AM until the 11 AM funeral service at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 149 W. Main Street (Lake-Cook Rd) Barrington, IL 60010. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.
