Bill Norris

William J. Norris, 77, of Lake Barrington, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018 in McHenry.
He was born December 5, 1940 in Sheboygan, WI.

Bill worked at Motorola for 30 years in many different capacities, most of which included his contribution of valued innovations to a growing company. He was a golf enthusiast and truly enjoyed his job (and free golfing!) at Steeple Chase Golf Club. To the chagrin of many of his loved ones, he was also very passionate about the Green Bay Packers!

Bill is survived by his wife, Irene Bauer; and his children, Kathy (Don) Bianchi, Randy (Sherry) Norris and Tony Norris; his grandchildren, Victoria, Josh and Faith; his brother, Bob (Diane) Norris; and his cousin, Larry (Carolyn) Norris.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Carol; and brother, Jim Norris.

A service to celebrate the life of Bill will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 25225 W Ivanhoe Rd, Wauconda, IL 60084 at 11:00 am, with visitation from 10:00 – 11:00.
