Bjorg Sullivan

Crystal Lake, Illinois,Services for Bjorg Sullivan will be held at 10am, Thursday, November 5, 2009 at the Davenport Family Funeral Home in Crystal Lake. Chaplain Laurie Spitzig will officiate. Burial will be at Windridge Memorial Park in Cary. Visitation for Bjorg will be from 3-8pm on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 and from 9-10am on Thursday, November 5, 2009. She was born on September 23, 1935 to Andrew and Astrid Andersen, in Stord, Norway and married Patrick Sullivan on February 16, 1957 in River Grove, IL. She entered eternal life October 31, 2009 at her home in Crystal Lake, IL. For 33 years she worked as a sample maker for Coilcraft of Cary. She was an avid bowler and a member of the WIBC (Women?s International Bowling Congress). Bjorg also enjoyed living and playing on the Fox River. She is survived by her husband, four children, Gayle (Dennis) Eng, Patrick (Laura) Sullivan, Carie (Jim) Auvenshine, Ellen (Angelo) Fallico; thirteen grandchildren, Jessica (Cody) Sunn, Shauna and Dennis II Eng, Benjamin Easty, Katelynn, Anna, Erin and Madison Sullivan, Alex and Max Auvenshine, Amber Fallico and Kristin and Kallie Torrez; one great-grandchild Kiaya Sunn; three sisters, Gladys Paradis, Ruth Kamerer and Dorothy Auxier and one brother Roy Andersen. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson Shane Torrez and one sister Agnes Sheehan.
