Bonnie J. Blundy, 68, of Lake in the Hills, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 28, 2016.
She was born November 11, 1947, to Leroy and Evelyn Stuff.
She was passionate about many things in her life, but of utmost importance was her faith, friends, and family. For God, she was a faithful servant that led multiple bible studies, mentored others within the church, and was a great encourager. At home, she was the ever-present mother… always available for a good talk or as a cheerleader at many sporting events. She created a positive, happy home that was built on a spiritual foundation. For this, her legacy will live on through her children, grandchildren, and friends.
She is survived by her sons, Rich and wife, Heather, and Jim and wife, Christy; her daughter, Missy and husband, Craig; seven grandchildren, Karaline, Anna, Grace, Sarah, Lucas, Zach, and Ashley; and her siblings, Dick and Kevin.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leroy and mother, Evelyn.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Route 176) in Crystal Lake, followed by a private burial at Windridge Memorial Park.
