Cameron Lee Vance, 53, of Woodstock, passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 in Libertyville. He was born on May 9, 1963 in Carthage, IL to Richard and Carol (nee Huls) Vance.
Cameron was a driver for Metalmaster for the past 15 years. He was a big Wisconsin Badgers fan and loved rock and roll and fast cars. Cameron enjoyed spending time in the sun at the beach. He was a proud friend of Bill W. for the past 16 years.
He is survived by his children, Meghan (Larry) Grom and Devon Vance; his father, Richard (Gail) Vance; his sisters, Amy (Tim) Corvillion and Jamie Vance; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Garrett, Morgan and Carter.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carol.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5 until 9pm, with a memorial service at 8pm, Friday, May 5, 2017 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rt 176), Crystal Lake.
