Carey Ann Cernivec

Carey Ann Cernivec, 64, of Lake Barrington, was born on October 7, 1955 and passed away with her loving family by her side on October 6, 2020 after battling cancer for many years.

Carey was the beautiful wife of Russ for 44 fantastic years; loving mother of Joseph (Stephanie), Ryan and Michael; beloved “Mimi” of Lea and Hannah; adored daughter of Hilda Wollschlaeger (nee Dorenbos); dear sister of Debi (Steve), Lynn (Mike) and Ray (Kathy); and aunt, cousin and friend of many. She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Wollschlaeger, Sr.; and brother, Albert Wollschlaeger, Jr.

Carey will be remembered for her love of her family, going above and beyond for those she cared about, and always enjoyed a good party.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 2:00pm until the time of her funeral service at 5:00pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, Lake Zurich.
