Born December 21, 1934 in Mishawaka, IN, passed away April 18, 2015 in Chicago.
Carole is survived by her husband of 58 years, Norbert Cudnowski; children, Dr. Debra (Dennis Leahy) Cudnowski, David (Kathy) Cudnowski, Cathleen (David) Dixon, and William (Elizabeth) Cudnowski; grandchildren, Theodora, Curtis, Katie, and Chris Cudnowski, Grace and Nate Dixon, and Basia Leahy; and sisters, Sally Malcom and Joanne Armold. She was preceded in death by her son Curtis L. Cudnowski, five brothers, three sisters, and her parents Seldon and Grace Salyer.
Visitation will be held from 3pm – 9pm Tuesday, April 21 at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook), Barrington.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am Wednesday, April 22 at St. Anne Catholic Church, 120 N. Ela Street, Barrington, where there will be visitation from 10am until the time of the mass. Burial will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine following the mass.
