Carolyn Bacak

Carolyn “Carrie” P. Bacak,39, of Crystal Lake for 12 years, formerly of Palatine, passed away on October 21,2011, at Pepper Family Hospice in Barrington. She was born on January 11, 1972 in Chicago to Michael and Marcia Bauer.
Carrie was a graduate of Illinois State in 1994, and received her BS in Accounting. She enjoyed cooking and gardening, but especially cherished being a loving wife and mother.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 15 years, Timothy J. Bacak, whom she married on July 27, 1996; loving children Kyler, Alexander, Nicholas, and Kaelin; cherished sister Chris (Jim Cherney) Bauer, dearest niece Ellie and nephew Max, and many special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held from 4-8pm, Wednesday, October 26,2011, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Avenue, Crystal Lake. Burial will be private.
