Carolyn Witek

Carolyn Witek, 75, of Warrenville, IL passed away on November17, 2015. She was born June 11, 1940 in Blue Island to George and Elizabeth Turner.She enjoyed shopping, crafts, hosting family functions and decorating.

Carolyn will be deeply missed by her loving children, Deborah (Christopher) Thoren, Tracy (Steven) Moore; grandchildren, Sarah Witek-Garrett, Ben and Thomas Thoren, Adam and Jacob Moore. Many loving friends and relatives also survive. Carolyn was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald; her grandson, Samuel Moore; sister, Elaine Cooper; and her parents.

Visitation will be held, Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 12 Noon until the 2 PM funeral service at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte. 176) Crystal Lake , IL.

Interment to follow at Crystal Lake Memorial Park, Crystal Lake. In lieu of flowers, memorials to SIDS Alliance of Illinois, 6010 IL-53, Lisle, IL 60532.
