Charles Boardman Jr

Charles "Chuck" Boardman Jr., of Crystal Lake, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at his home.

He was born on January 27, 1944 to Charles and Mary Boardman in Chicago.

Chuck is survived by his sisters, Mary Huber, Janice Lange, Charlotte Haas and Jackie Gordon; brother, William "Bill" Boardman; nephews, Brian (Michelle) Lange, Wayne Lange and Mark Lange; nieces, DeeAnna Huber, Gail Huber and Kelly Gomez; great nephews, Nick, Steven and Jason Lange, Christopher Estrada and Tyler Gomez; and great nieces, Taylor Megan and Ashley Lange, Tina Estrada and Chelsea Gomez.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 4-8p.m., Monday, July 9, 2012 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, IL 60014. A procession will form at 10a.m., Tuesday, July 10 at the funeral home going to to Crystal Lake Memorial Park, Crystal Lake for the burial.
