Charles “Chuck” Wojtalewicz was born July 18, 1941 in Chicago to Michael and Nora Wojtalewicz and passed away peacefully Thursday, January 8, 2015 in Crystal Lake.
Chuck is survived by his wife of 50 years, Theresa; children, Connie (Mike) Olmstead, Cindy (Dustin) Richie, and Ann (John) Metze; daughter-in- law Jenny Logalbo; grandchildren, Nicole (Brad) Low, Alexa and Heather Olmstead, Samantha and Danielle Wojtalewicz, and Faith and Robert Metze; and brother Michael.
He was preceded in death by his son Andrew (3/7/14), parents, three sisters, and three brothers.
Visitation will be from 3pm until 9pm, with a funeral service at 7pm, Monday, January 12 at Davenport Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Route 176), Crystal Lake. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
