Christa Vucic

Christa Vucic, 90, of Mundelein, recently of Lake Zurich, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2019. She was born in Germany on December 25, 1928 to the late Paul and Paula Specht.

Christa enjoyed being with her family and will be deeply missed by her loving children, Angelo (Lynn) Vucic, Angelika (the late Al) Sperling, Marijan Vucic; her 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Gisela (the late Franz) Wilfing; Hannalore (the late Dieter) Bolleiniger and Paul (The late Elke) Specht.

She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Marijan in 1997 and by her parents.

A celebration of Christa’s life will be Saturday, December 7, at 12:30 PM at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S. Old Rand Rd., Lake Zurich, IL 60047. There will be a visitation starting at 10 AM until the time of service. Interment will be private.
