Claudia M. (Donini) Bak

Claudia M. Bak, 70 of Wauconda, IL was born on May 18, 1947 in Chicago, IL to the late Raymond and the late Linda Donini and passed away peacefully on November 2, 2017 in Barrington, IL. Claudia was the loving mother of Jennifer (William) Barnes, Jackie (Sol Sucherman) Bak, and John (Rose) Bak; grandmother of Christopher, Alex, Meadow, Amanda and Haley. Visitation for Claudia will be held on Sunday, November 5, 2017 from 4-8pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Rd.), Barrington, IL. On Monday, November 6, visitation will continue at 12:00pm until the time of her mass at 1:00pm at Saint Anne Catholic Community, 120 N. Ela St. (corner of Franklin and Ela Sts.), Barrington, IL. Entombment will follow at Windridge Memorial Park, Cary, IL. In lieu of flowers, donations in Claudia’s name can be made to the American Heart Association, www.heart.org/donate.
