Connor Andrew Mannina, 25, of Tower Lakes, Illinios, passed away suddenly on August 31, 2018
Connor was born in Hoffman Estates, Illinois on November 28, 1992. He graduated from Barrington High School and continued on to receive a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Savannah College Of Art and Design, Savannah Georgia.
Connor worked for Clayco Corporation. He enjoyed all sports including soccer, ice hockey,frisby golfing, fishing, boating and sailing. Connor was a varsity wrestler throughout middle and high school. He was an avid traveler, loved music, art and design, nature and the great outdoors.
Connor is survived by his parents, Victor and Angela Mannina; brother, Cameron Mannina; grandparents, Christina Simpson, Eilene Mannina, and Mike (Jane) Mannina; and honorary grandparents, Nancy and Ian Dempster.
He is also survived by uncles David Mannina, Graham Simpson ,Colin Johnston, Nick Davies, Rick Murphy aunts Shirley Simpson, Val Yaxley, Jackie Johnston, Lorraine Davies, Sue Murphey, Sue Mannina, cousins, David, Paul, Alex, Mark, Ben, Doug, Jennie, Hannah and Samantha. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Andrew Simpson.
Visitation will be held from 4-8pm Friday, September 7 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 941 S. Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich. Prayers will begin at 10am Saturday, September 8 followed by funeral procession to Barrington United Methodist Church, 98 Algonquin Road, Barrington. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family requests you plant a tree, bush or flowers in Connor’s honor as he was a steward of the environment.
