After graduating from Hillcrest High school, Cynthia studied Management at Northern Illinois University; Telecommunications and Engineering at Loyola University Chicago Mundelein Center for Fine and Performing Arts; and Marketing at Loyola University Chicago Mundelein Center for Fine and Performing Arts.

Cynthia was retired from AT&T.
