David H Min, D.D.S.

David H. Min, D.D.S, of Woodstock, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at the age of 69.

He was born to Helen and Henry Min in Minneapolis, MN.

David loved being a dentist and was an avid golfer.

David was the loving husband of Ann Min; beloved father of Susan Min; cherished brother of Penny DeLong, Elizabeth Min, Karen (William) Warren; brother-in-law of Betty (Mark) Swenson, Kathy (Bill) Palivos, Sue (Jim) Falkin, Marty (Nancy) Halwix and the late John (Barb) Halwix; loving son-in-law of Mary Halwix and the late Martin Halwix, Jr.; and beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 18, 2021 from 10am until the time of the memorial service at 12pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave (Rt. 176) Crystal Lake. Masks will be required while attending services.
