David John Myers

David John Myers, 62, lifelong member of Barrington, IL was born on March 4, 1959 to Byron and Jean Myers and passed away on August 7, 2021. David was the beloved father of Christopher Arthur (Jessica) Kelsey and step-daughter, Nicole Anders; cherished grandfather of Layne Adrianne and Ashton Arthur Kelsey; dear brother of Byron Myers, Margaret Myers and Karen Allen; and friend of many. David enjoyed beekeeping, fish fries and a good steak. Those who knew David would describe him as a humanitarian, an innovator, a devoted son, a patriot, having a huge heart and always helping those in need. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 15, from 4:00pm until the time of his service at 6:30pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, Barrington, IL. Interment will be held privately.
