David Preusker

David F. Preusker, 53, of Crystal Lake, IL passed away unexpectedly at his home on January 7, 2017. He was born July 13, 1963 in Arlington Heights, IL to Frederick and Joyce (nee Kramer) Preusker.
David grew up in the Cary area and graduated from Cary Grove High School in 1981. He attended Northern Illinois University. He was employed with Shur Packaging where he worked in sales. David enjoyed being a leader for his sons’, Joshua and Michael, in their Cub Scouts Pack and Boy Scouts Troop 657. David loved watching his daughter, Jordyn, perform in the arts. David was extremely proud of his children. He was an avid golfer and routinely bested Dennis on the course.
David will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 28 years, Theresa (nee Taylor); his children, Jordyn, Joshua and Michael; his brother, Christopher Preusker; his father and mother in law, Timothy and Jean Taylor; his brothers and sisters in law as well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. David is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be Friday, January 13, 2017 from 5 PM to 9 PM with a funeral service at 7:30 PM at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake, IL. Interment will be private.
