David Scott Woodbury

David Scott Woodbury, 36 of Lake Zurich, was born on February 25, 1984 and passed away unexpectedly on January 26, 2021. David was the loving husband of Stephanie (nee Fitzgerald); adoring father of Andrew Woodbury; son of Suzanne (Manny) Woodbury-Lara and Robert (Amy) Maurer; cherished grandson of Jerry “Pops” (the late Rita) Woodbury and Shirley (the late Robert) Maurer; half-brother of Matthew and Monica Maurer; son-in-law of Linda (the late Richard) Fitzgerald; brother-in-law of Patty (Matt), Connie (Steve) and Samantha (Kevin); fond nephew of Debbie (Tim) Ross, Julie (Tony) Andrews, Bruce (Domi) Woodbury, Mark (Alana) Woodbury, Amy Beth Maurer and Terri (Bob) Osters; cousin of Jacob, McKenna, Alex, Evan, Avery, Morgan, Amanda, Brian, Sean, Kristy (AJ), Timothy and Malaika; fond uncle of Emily, Michael, Cora, Abbey and Braden; and dear friend of many.

David will be remembered for his love for his family, his sweet personality, his infectious smile and sense of humor, and his love of the Chicago Cubs.
