Dee A. (Kraynik) Bode

Dee A. Bode passed away peacefully at her home April 16, 2022.  She was born January 4, 1942 in Gary, IN to Michael and Celia Kraynik.

Dee is survived by her son, Eric III (Katy) Bode; grandchildren, Eric IV “BEC” and Rhett Bode; and siblings, Larry Kraynik and Rosemary Hughes.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Eric C. Bode Jr.; and brother, Raymond Kraynik.

Visitation will be 4-9pm Friday, April 29 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake Cook Road), Barrington.  The funeral service will be at 11am, Saturday, April 30 at the funeral home.  There will be visitation Saturday from 10am until 11am.  Burial will follow the service in Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington.
