Denise Ciszon, (57), of Cary, passed away on September 1, 2016 surrounded by her family.

A funeral mass will be held on Monday September 5th, at Saints Peter and Paul Church in Cary, Il. Please come for the visitation at 9:00 AM followed by a mass at 10:30 AM. A celebration of her life will take place at Galati's Hideaway in Cary following the funeral mass.

Denise was born in Chicago to Leonard Muscolino and Carole Adorjan on July 23, 1959. With a family full of Italians and many who led a career in the Police force (including her Dad), Denise grew up vivacious and tough. She married Martin Ciszon on June 27, 1982 in Chicago Il. Together, they defined love and passion. They had an unrelenting commitment to one another and their children. In her career, she led many roles mostly recently serving as an office manager for The Animal Doctor in Cary for 20 years. She had an absolute passion for animals and loved her place of work. In the face of any obstacle, Denise led a life of faith and embodied what it meant to be strong, determined, and full of life. She was a mother of two children Martin Ciszon II (30) and Zachary Ciszon (27). She was grandmother to Dylann Ciszon (2) whom she all loved with all of her heart.

Denise was preceded in death by her father Leonard Muscolino and mother Carole Adorjan.

Denise is survived by her husband Martin Ciszon, her children Martin Ciszon II, Zachary Ciszon, daughter-in-law Katelyn Ciszon, her brothers Leonard Muscolino and Nick Muscolino, and her sister Geneen Olmetti, her step mother Susan Bediz, and granddaughter Dylann Ciszon.
