Diane Marie Wiencek

Diane Marie Wiencek, 82, of Crystal Lake, was born October 3, 1935 in Chicago to Stanley and Frances (nee Jaskolka) Mendelowski. She passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at her home in Crystal Lake.

She is survived by her husband, whom she married on July 26, 1958 in Chicago, Donald Wiencek; her sons, David and Donald (Dana) Wiencek; her grandchildren, Darra, Donny and Drew Wiencek; and her sister, Judy (Edward) Lech.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A visitation will be held from 3-8pm, Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Visitation will continue from 10am until time of prayers at 11am on Monday, June 11, 2018 at the funeral home, proceeding to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, for Mass at 11:30am. Burial will take place at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
