Dominik A. Mach

Dominik A. Mach, 35, of Palatine, was born on August 22, 1985 and passed away on May 18, 2021.

He was the dear son of Irena Mach (nee Gredys) of Palatine, and Marian Mach of Chicago, IL; beloved baby brother of Paulina (Nicholas) Lockwood; cherished uncle of Grayson and Skyler; and loving partner of Kelly Glover.

Dominik was preceded in death by his grandparents; and survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Dominik graduated at the top of his class from Wyotech in Laramie, Wyoming, specializing in upholstery which was a passion of his. He enjoyed simply spending time with family and loved ones but also going on adventures with his beloved life partner, Kelly.

Oftentimes, he would go out of his way to help others in need even if it meant making sacrifices to do so. Dominik will be remembered by the person he truly was, which was a caring, kind and loving son, brother, partner and friend, whose smile was contagious.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 28, from 4:00pm-8:00pm with his Memorial Service beginning at 6:30pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S. Old Rand Road, Lake Zurich, IL.
