Donald L. Dunaj

Donald L. Dunaj, age 87, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.

Donald was born in Chicago, IL on December 8 1933. He was a union printer for over 40 years. Donald was an avid Bears, Blackhawks and Cubs fan. He loved fishing, going to the casinos, model trains, and a fine scotch on the rocks. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Donald is survived by his loving children, Linda (Ray) Corcoran, Donald, Thomas, and Kathy; cherished grandchildren, Michael (Kathryn), Joseph, Ryan (Vicki), Jeremy (Rita), Joshua (Stacy), Nicholas (Lisa), Sean, Misty, and Jacob; as well as 14 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his beloved Wife, Joann Dunaj (nee Labuda) and Grandson, Kelly Corcoran.

A visitation for Donald will be held on Friday January 8, 2021 from 3pm until 9pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 149 West Main Street, Barrington, IL 60010. The time of service will be at 7pm.

A private committal service for Donald will be held at a later date.
