Donald J. Opiela, 76, of Crystal Lake, passed away December 30, 2021.
He was born June 16, 1945 in Chicago, the son of the late Bruno and Estelle Opiela.
Donald is survived by his loving wife, Theresa; children, Bryan (Carrie) Opiela and Becky Karda; and his grandchildren, Kayden and Madison Opiela and Alexandra and Payton Karda.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Opiela.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 4-8 p.m. with a prayer service beginning at 7:30 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave (Rt. 176) Crystal Lake.
