Donna Jean Fernekes, 51 of Barrington
Born March 25, 1961 in Elgin, passed away December 26, 2012. Donna lost her courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family at Pepper Family Hospice in Barrington. Donna’s family would like to thank the caring staff at Pepper Family Hospice for the exceptional care she received.
Visitation will be held from 3pm until 8pm, Friday, December 28 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St, Barrington. Interment will be private.
Donna enjoyed vacationing with family, tending her extensive flower garden, and sharing time with her large circle of friends.
Donna is survived by her husband of 15 years, Dave, daughter Nicole, son Michael, sisters; Catherine (Tim) Schulze, Jackie (Mike) Maturo, and Patty Mitchell, brother Tom (Linda) Kranz, and parents, John and Mary Jane Kranz. She was preceded in death by her brother Mike.
