Donna H. (Chara) Komaniecki

Donna Komaniecki passed away at her home in Algonquin June 19, 2021.  She was born March 25, 1948 in Castle Combe, England to Stanislaw and Irena Chara.

Donna was an avid walker who loved the outdoors, live music, and spending time with her friends and family.  She was also a Care Center Volunteer at Willow Creek Church.

Donna is survived by her children, Carlee (Dimitri) Pagonis, Amy (Sam) Nuccio, and Kevin Krengiel; grandchildren, Joey, Michael, Max, Nicholas, and Alex; sister, Krystyna (Tom) Johnson; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanislaw “Stanley” Komaniecki, brother, Stanley Chara; and her parents.

Services for Donna will be held privately.
