Dorine Ann (Barulich) Miller, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, peacefully passed away at the age of 84 on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 in Glenview, IL.

Dorine was born on October 12, 1934 in New York City, NY to Joseph Barulich and Maria Louise (Padula) Barulich. On October 25, 1958, she married Joseph G. Miller, Jr., and together they enjoyed 57 years of marriage during which they raised three children. In 1970, they moved from the East Coast and settled happily in Lincolnshire, Illinois.

Dorine was passionate about Victorian art, ballet and following the Chicago Cubs on her favorite WGN radio. She was also a devoted member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Johnsburg, IL, and always looked forward to mass with Father Jacek Junak. Above all else, Dorine loved and cherished her family, to whom she was a constant source of joy, wisdom, humor and unfailing kindness.

Dorine was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph Miller Jr., and her brother, Joseph Barulich. Dorine lives on through her three children, Carolyn, Gerald and Nancy; their spouses, Jeffrey, Sharon and Mark; and her eight grandchildren, Jenny, Katie, Kevin, Grace, Mary, Kelsey, Sean and Brian. Her bright mind, generous spirit and loving heart will forever be remembered by her friends and family.

Dorine’s family will be gathering for a private mass at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Johnsburg, IL.
