Doris Caroline (Lumpp) Berg

Doris Caroline Berg (nee Lumpp), 101 of Crystal Lake, was born on February 17, 1916 to the late William and the late Caroline Lumpp and passed away peacefully on November 27, 2017.

Doris was the loving wife of the late Theodore F. Berg; dear mother of the late Theodore F. (the late Lavonne) Berg, Jr., James (Susen) Berg, and John Berg; cherished grandmother of Blake (Sarah), Melissa (Matt), Kimberly (Eric), Brett (Arlyn), Jason (Elizabeth), John Jr. (Michele), and Jennifer (George); adored great-grandmother of 12.

Visitation for Doris will be held on Friday, December 1, from 4-8pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake. On Saturday, December 2, her Funeral Service will be held at 10am at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 178 McHenry Ave., Crystal Lake. Burial will be held privately at St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Skokie

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or Immanuel Lutheran Church.
